A growing tech company is a crazy place to be — everything is moving at the speed of light — Sales, Engineering, even the number of seats in the office (or on Zoom!). Every day momentum increases, when you already thought you were going as fast as possible. The experience is a privilege, but it definitely comes with its late nights and painful moments as things start to fall through the cracks.
